This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Freedom Wave Movement ("we," "us," or "our"),
a small business operating in North Charleston, South Carolina, providing chiropractic care, nutrition
services, rehabilitative services, diagnostic services, genetic testing services, and both in‑person and online
appointments.
Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no‑show"), may result in a $50 cancellation or no‑show fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment, at our sole discretion, and will be billed as scheduled.
Online Services & Digital Consultations

Online appointments cancelled within the required notice period will not be charged or will receive a
credit or refund, as applicable.

Once an online session has commenced, services are deemed rendered and are non‑refundable.
Packages, Programs, and Prepaid Services

Prepaid packages, programs, or bundled services must be used within three (3) months from the
date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Unused sessions are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless expressly approved by Freedom
Wave Movement in writing.
Practitioner Cancellations
• If Freedom Wave Movement must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered the
option to reschedule or receive a refund or account credit.
