CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Freedom Wave Movement ("we," "us," or "our"),
a small business operating in North Charleston, South Carolina, providing chiropractic care, nutrition
services, rehabilitative services, diagnostic services, genetic testing services, and both in‑person and online
appointments.


Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("no‑show"), may result in a $50 cancellation or no‑show fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or forfeiture of the appointment, at our sole discretion, and will be billed as scheduled.

 

Online Services & Digital Consultations

  • Online appointments cancelled within the required notice period will not be charged or will receive a

credit or refund, as applicable.

  • Once an online session has commenced, services are deemed rendered and are non‑refundable.

 

Packages, Programs, and Prepaid Services

  • Prepaid packages, programs, or bundled services must be used within three (3) months from the

date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Unused sessions are non‑refundable and non‑transferable unless expressly approved by Freedom

Wave Movement in writing.


Practitioner Cancellations

• If Freedom Wave Movement must cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients will be offered the
option to reschedule or receive a refund or account credit.
